I came here for some lunch today(08/06) and based off previous reviews ,I will say I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I had! I ordered a half chicken pasta/chicken pesto penne dish with a Pepsi, the pasta was absolutely amazing and the staff gave me great customer service which made my experience that much more enjoyable. It’s fair to say I’ll definitely be back next time I have the chance.

Don’t get the sandwiches, they had bad veggies in them. Looked like a bag of veg I once left in the fridge for a couple of days and forgot about it

1 piece of tomato, haven't even bothered cutting into the bread property so they could only half fill with ingredients and get away with putting no sauce on the very stale bread. Atrocious. Never again, don't waste your money. Better off scavenging scraps from the surrounding bins.

I purchased a pasta salad for lunch. When I asked the staff member if the pasta dish had dairy in it I was told explicitly “no”.However, it did in fact have dairy. As a result, my four month old child I’m breastfeeding who has a lactose intolerance has spent several days in pain.When purchasing food products from this place - please be careful of any allergies you or your children may have and do not trust them when they tell you no it does not have something.I sent through a feedback as they stated in the reply below - however received nothing in reply

Let's try this again ( stop taking down my attached photos) Gardencity doesn't have a amazing selection so I was delighted I could get a delicious soup today but $2.5 for a cheese toasty (half a slice of bread and butter was what I received. In total 16$ for a soup and half a so called cheese toasty. I know prices are rising but that's a joke.

Ordered Soul Origin catering for my teenage daughters birthday in the park, had to change the date a few times due to sickness and they were super flexible. Food was presented well (sliders & wraps) and everyone said how good it was. Thanks so much for the great customer service & great tasting food. Would definitely recommend the catering.

Rude staff - we also ordered a chicken + pasta dish, and she barely gave us any chicken, it was all pasta. When I politely asked for more chicken she was rude and seemed annoyed and chucked our food on the counter.

Ordered a chicken schnitzel baguette. Half the baguette was uncut and empty and the front half with a strip of chicken making the baguette look like it was full but wasn’t. I also added avocado for an extra $3 making the total $17.50. There was 14g of avocado in my baguette, which is LESS than half a teaspoon! I messaged them on Facebook before making this review with no response. The Cockburn Gateway store is much better and isn’t skimping on ingredients. I am happy to spend almost $20 on a roll but this store literally made me pay $17.50 for a $2 empty roll.
