Was not impressed today at Ellenbrook who are normally good, I had multiple staff walk by and ignore me whilst waiting to order.After placing my order and getting my roll, I then stood waiting for my Ice Crusher, it seems they forgot they were doing it when it was put on to blend and started making coffees. It was only after noticing me standing there they went and looked .....

my experience was terrible, i ordered the halloumi salad and specifically asked if it was vegetarian even though it had the vegetarian tick, i just wanted to double check and they said it was. when i started to eat it, i bit into a piece of chicken so i went back and told them and the employee had to check, so she asked someone else and the other one responded saying it had chicken and continued to both laugh about it which i found incredibly disrespectful. don’t mark something as vegetarian and don’t laugh at someone for their food choices, absolutely disgusting!

Soul Origin is always a good bet for having good coffee, and some of the staff at Ellenbrook Soul Origin make excellent coffee. Some on the other hand do not. If I was to make a suggestion, if the owner is reading this, please try your staffs coffees to make sure they are making them right. There is a particular staff member, who makes a long Mac taste like a hot milk, with no coffee.Aside from that, the staff are all really friendly, as much as some of them are obviously very green in customer service. The food is always good, and pricing is understandable. Good job guys, just pick up the coffee game please.
